I had a phone interview with HR first. Then, I had a virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and the Director of Engineering. I think there might be a panel interview after that. The Director was kind of rude though, seemed like he thought I was faking my experience and started picking apart every small thing. He was really arrogant and kept bragging about his past experience at a big company and how he interviews people there.

I first applied by dropping off my resume at the campus career fair. Then, I was invited back for an interview on campus with the HR manager who handles campus recruiting. This interviewer was really nice and easy to talk to. After that, about a month later, I went for a plant trip. The plant trip involved three separate interviews, each lasting an hour, with the plant manager, the business department manager and their maintenance manager, and the engineering manager. Lunch was sort of like a 'hidden' interview with a young engineer, the HR manager, and another business unit manager. In the afternoon, we took a 30-minute tour of the plant.

So, the process started with a phone interview, which was in English. First, I had to introduce myself, then the interviewer told me about the company and what they do in Egypt, and gave me a quick overview of the location and the job title. He mentioned that if I passed this stage, I'd get an HR interview at Henkel's office in New Cairo. A week later, I was invited for that HR interview. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them since, whether it's a yes or a no.
