The recruiter was super fast and always got back to me, but their hiring system is messed up. The interviews were long, and it felt really biased. I had to wait way too long, like 2 months, to hear back about the final decision. Rejection is fine, but making a rejected candidate wait that long is just rude. Henkel, if you've already picked someone, don't string other people along.

I was only able to get through the initial recruiter screen. A few weeks after, the recruiter called me to let me know that I did not get the job, as it was too junior for my experience. I was very impressed that they took the time to give a personal call to someone who only had an initial phone screen. Many companies ghost you or send a generic email, so this was quite impressive.
