First, there was a 30-minute phone call with HR where they asked standard HR questions about my CV and why I was interested in Henkel. At the end of this call, I was told I would proceed to the next round. Because of COVID, the second interview was a video call with the Sales Director. This focused on my personality and CV, with a strong emphasis on whether I would fit into the company culture. The final round involved presenting a case study to a jury of three people. This case was analytical and number-focused. During the presentation, they tested my logical reasoning skills and my understanding of numerical data.

Behavioral Presentation

I saw a job posting on a job board and applied for a few positions I was interested in. First, I had a phone call with HR where we discussed my interest in the company. HR then removed my application for roles they didn't manage. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager. It was a strange call because they were driving and yelling on the road, and I'm not sure if they were listening. The hiring manager told me I'd get info about an in-person interview next week. The next morning, I got an email saying I wasn't selected. I asked about the other roles I applied for, and they moved me to a new HR contact. This new HR person asked for the same questions as before, but this time I had to write down my answers and send them in. I never heard back after that.

We had a nice chat with the HM, and I told her about my background. Then, for the second round, I had to prepare a PowerPoint and analyse some given numbers and create a chart for it. I also had to interpret the results.
