Digital Marketing Intern
I got an interview invite about a month after applying. There were two rounds. The first one was with the hiring managers, and we talked about my background, experience, and technical knowledge. The second round was also with the hiring manager, where I had to present a take-home assignment. I didn't have any interview with HR.

- What are the current trends you're seeing in digital marketing?

Marketing Intern
They conducted brief phone interviews to schedule further meetings, which were then confirmed via email. However, these scheduled interviews were often not held without any explanation. Later, I was contacted about a different position. They mentioned a meeting with the department head would happen in the following days, but then there was no further communication. Despite sending an email, I never received a response, positive or negative. It was a very disappointing experience, showing a lack of respect for potential candidates.
- Would you be open to moving to a different city?
- Are you participating in any other job searches currently?
- Can you describe your past professional experiences?
Marketing Intern
After sending my CV and cover letter, I had a call where they told me a bit more about the position and asked me a few things in English, plus some questions about the company. Then we scheduled an interview and before that, there was an Excel test, mostly VLOOKUP and some calculations. After that was the 1st interview round with the Brand manager and Junior Brand Manager. They asked me about my experience, some marketing questions, and my expectations. Then a 2nd round with the same two people to further assess my marketing skills. The final step was a call with the Head of the Department. It was quite informal; they asked me again about my experiences and why I want to work at Henkel. Overall, it was a long process, but everyone was really nice, and I felt comfortable throughout.
- Can you tell me about your previous experiences?
- Which Henkel brands can you name?
- What are your expectations regarding marketing?
