It usually starts with applying online, then a recruiter calls or video chats to talk about your background and what you're looking for. After that, you'll probably have one or two interviews, either on video or in person, with the team you'd be joining. These interviews will go deeper into your work history and see if you're a good fit for the company culture, using behavioral and technical questions.

Super long process just to end up with no offer. They'll pressure you to complete the Hirevue interview quickly (I only had 5 days, but they made me do it in less time). Then, they'll call to say you're a good fit, but then ghost you for a month. When you follow up, they'll claim they're setting up a hiring manager interview, which is a total lie because I never got scheduled. Over a month later, they reject you. Just a heads up, they rushed me to do the Hirevue interview during a typhoon. If they haven't replied after a week, you can pretty much forget about it.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you share an instance where you demonstrated leadership capabilities?

In the personal interview, a non-native speaker was present, and with a wink, it was said that the whole conversation would be in English - that shouldn't be a problem, right?! I took a short breath, but in the end, it wasn't that bad.
