An internal recruiter reached out via email to schedule an interview with some principals and team members. On the day of the interview, two principals, one project manager, and one architect conducted the interview. There wasn't really time for any questions. The conversation mainly focused on the firm's culture, its market reach, and what it's like to work there.

It was a phone call, then a virtual interview, followed by an in-person interview, and finally an offer. Not too many technical questions, mostly about motivation and fit. They went through my resume and asked for explanations. The interviewers were really nice and personable. It was a low-stress experience. Just be ready to talk about your career goals, motivations, and how you deal with conflict and deadlines.

It was a round-table discussion with several of the principals, which made it feel collaborative rather than high-pressure. They asked general background questions and project-related topics to understand my approach to coordination and teamwork.
