Applied through a job portal and then got a call from the hiring manager about 2 weeks later. Round 1 interview was with the hiring manager and some other people. They asked questions about my previous experience, what I'm interested in, and my skills. Two weeks after that, I got a call for Round 2. Round 2 was with the hiring manager and two senior leaders. This round was more technical and focused on my skills and prior experience.

Behavioral Presentation

Got in touch with a recruiter. The first meeting was with some of the leaders in the office, including the studio head and another manager. We briefly reviewed my projects with some interactive questions and answers. It was quite informative and a pleasant experience. I let them know soon after the interviews that I had accepted another offer, so I didn't complete the entire process.

Technical Presentation

I interviewed with HDR's interiors department recently. It was a bit awkward initially, but I went ahead and showed them my portfolio. They seemed really quiet and reserved, which isn't really my vibe. I'm looking for a bit more excitement, both in potential colleagues and the work itself, as things felt a little bland.
