Behavioral Presentation

The interview process for the Project Coordinator role at HDR was pretty straightforward and not too difficult, but also not overly casual. It was a round-table discussion with several of the principals, which made it feel collaborative rather than high-pressure. They asked general background questions and project-related topics to understand my approach to coordination and teamwork.

Behavioral Technical

I really liked HDR’s interview process. It was quick and organized. Everyone was nice, thoughtful, and accommodating. Instead of looking for reasons not to hire me, the team felt like they were rooting for me and focused on understanding how I could contribute. It felt collaborative and respectful — one of the best interview experiences I’ve had.

The interview experience was not great. They asked me to speak negatively about my current company, which I was not comfortable with. I also did not feel comfortable with the team that interviewed me; I felt like I was spoken over. Additionally, you have to pay for parking.
