Marketing Coordinator
I thought the interviews went pretty well and they said I was a good fit. But the online software skills test was buggy, and I never got my results. The Recruiting Department wasn't very communicative like they said they'd be, so I had to chase them to find out what was happening. After all the time and effort I put into applying, interviewing, and testing, they never got back to me about the job at all; they just ghosted me! I now have a really bad impression of the company.
- Could you tell me what you consider to be the most crucial aspect of proposals?
Marketing Coordinator
I applied online and then had a phone chat. After that, I was interviewed by a panel, which included my potential manager, another marketing coordinator, and a different manager. The questions in that interview were all about my past job experiences. Then, I completed a skills test focusing on my editing abilities. They complimented my responses and said they were very impressed. I waited over a week for an update and found out they weren't moving forward with me or offering me the job. They had put me on hold for a week because they were trying to schedule interviews with two other candidates.
- Can you tell me about your experience as a Marketing Coordinator?
- What aspects of your last job did you not appreciate?
Communications Coordinator
The interview process was pretty standard. I liked meeting and talking with the communications staff about the job, but I wish HR had been nicer to me. HR took about a month to call me back after I applied online. Then, they rushed me to set up interviews really fast, with one happening on the same day. I had 2-3 pretty typical interviews with different people on the communications team. HR said they'd let me know soon, and I was hoping for an offer, but I never heard back. I wish they had at least had the courtesy to tell me 'no' after I went through all the trouble of scheduling with them. Overall, it was a good experience, except for the last-minute scheduling and getting ghosted.
- Can you describe your approach to managing tasks and organizing your work to ensure deadlines are met?
- Would you be comfortable driving frequently to visit clients?
