The Fresenius interview process usually kicks off with a preliminary call, either by phone or video. After that, you'll probably have one or more interviews with the hiring manager, and maybe some other team folks or even a director. They might throw in some technical or skills tests too. For some jobs, like Registered Nurse roles, they might also give you a personality test. If they pick you, the process usually ends with a job offer, and then you sign a contract after some internal paperwork.

My first meeting was a video call, and honestly, it felt pretty unprofessional. The recruiter was super casual on camera and then turned their video off. They kept mixing up details about my background and experience, even though my resume was right there. Plus, they straight-up said two internal folks would get priority, making it seem like I wasn't really being considered fairly. A few hours later, I heard back saying they were going with other people. It just made me wonder how they handle candidate experiences and professionalism.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple. I had a virtual interview with three people, and one of them was going to be my direct supervisor. After that, the supervisor surprisingly texted me to schedule a shadowing day about two weeks later. It seemed like a call center job, but focused on making outbound calls to coordinate with nurses and confirm their appointments. I quickly gathered that despite my experience and interest, they weren't going to hire me. They were open about preferring Filipino workers in the Vegas area, which they mentioned during the shadowing. I got a rejection email the very next day. They seemed like nice people and like they were struggling with high turnover, but I guess it wasn't meant to be. Wishing everyone else the best.
