First, there was a phone chat with the recruiter to go over the basics like your background, dialysis experience, why you want this job, and your salary expectations. Then, a group interview happened with clinic managers and some higher-ups. It was a chance to get to know each other and have a casual conversation, so definitely show your personality to stand out. Make sure you've researched the company and can weave that into your answers. The group interview was pretty fun and relaxed, with lots of laughs.

Behavioral Other

I met with the Director of Operations and the Clinical Manager at one of the clinics. Both were very friendly and the interview felt more like a discussion which I was pleased about. They both asked a lot of questions about my work history and what I was looking for in a position. They seemed focused on not only making sure I was qualified for the position, but that I was a good fit for the company and would likely be satisfied working there. The interview lasted about an hour and then I was given a tour of the facility. I was informed at the end of the interview I would be hearing from the Lead Social Worker which was the next step in the hiring process. I spoke with her about a week later via phone. The focus of this interview was on giving me more information about the role of the social worker and again making sure I was a good fit and was likely to be a satisfied employee. I spoke with her for about an hour. All around great interview experience!
