Worst experience ever, I applied online and got a recruiter call two days later for a phone interview, which went well. The following weeks, the recruiter scheduled me an interview with the team I would be working with. Due to COVID, it was a Zoom chat meeting and seemed to go well, so I was getting excited. They then scheduled me another interview with the director. He never showed up; I waited 30 mins for another Zoom meeting. Then I called the recruiter, and she said he had to reschedule, and no one even bothered to tell me beforehand. I had the rescheduled interview with the director 2 days later, and it seemed to go well. They said they would reach out to the recruiter in a few days with the next steps. Then the weekend comes, and I see an ad online for the position I applied for. So, Monday, I reach out to the recruiter for an update, and she tells me she should hear from the team in a few hours. A whole 24 hours go by, and I reach out to the recruiter again. Then she tells me she heard from the team, and they do not want to move forward. 3 weeks and 3 interviews to not get a job offer that I really thought I was going to get. I'm very disappointed in their interview process.

The interview process involved a phone interview, followed by two formal interviews. There was also a background check interview if anything came up. All the interviewers were really nice and helpful, and understanding during the whole process.

The Interview on the phone with the recruiter was ok, then she emailed me 2 days later letting me know that I had a second interview with the team I would be working with. That interview went good. 3 days later she scheduled me an interview with the director. I got stood up for that interview; I waited 30 minutes to call the recruiter to have her call the director to reschedule. 2 days later, I did that interview. It seemed like everything was going well, like they liked me. Then by Monday, 3 days later, I called the recruiter to get an update. She stated that she should be hearing from them later on that day. 24 hours later, I still did not get a call, so I emailed the recruiter again. She then told me she heard from the team the evening before and they did not want to move forward. This process took 3 weeks with 3 interviews, and they did not want to hire me. Honestly, the worst experience by far.
