I already knew FMCNA was unprofessional from when I worked there before, but I was hoping things might have improved. The interviewer kicked things off by asking about my salary expectations right away. I told him I was looking for between $17-19 an hour, mentioning I had a $19/hour WFH offer and hoped Fresenius could match it, because honestly, $19 feels like lowballing it considering my experience and the work involved. He seemed concerned and asked why I'd prefer Fresenius over the $19/hour job, which I explained. Then he asked what kind of job I did, and when I said WFH, he pressed for more specifics, asking 'what kind of job?' again. I clarified it was inbound calling. He then asked 'with whom?', which I repeated back, and he started laughing, saying he hasn't found people usually like inbound call center jobs. This made me feel really uncomfortable because he dismissed my feelings. They asked about dealing with stress and group projects. I asked if the clinic had a high turnover rate, and he claimed the CM had never asked him to recruit. When I asked for the CM's name, his tone was cold. I also asked for the clinic's name because it was vaguely listed as 'West LA,' and I needed to know the exact location since I'm moving and they mentioned needing to live within 25 miles. I wanted to check reviews and the area, but he told me the website I was supposedly looking at was incorrect and that those review sites charge companies to remove negative feedback. He accused me of looking at a site I wasn't, and his accusatory tone was incredibly unprofessional. I have it on video because my cameras were on, so I reported it to HR. Overall, it was a major red flag, and I'd advise anyone to run. I don't expect to get the job, as he's 'passing my info along,' but my previous experience with them lines up with how bad this was.

It was the standard process with 3 different people asking questions about how I handle certain situations, attendance, and also a benefits overview. They also asked about the types of computer systems I have experience with and my reason for looking for a new job.

So I had two interviews, or actually a screening interview and then a group interview with some managers. There was also an assessment before the interview. The people were nice and it was pretty easy going. It took a couple weeks or more to hear back. I was told the whole hiring process takes about a month. It involves a background check, a urine drug test, and then you wait for HR to call about training, so keep an eye on your phone and email.
