Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fresenius Medical Care.
Payroll Specialist
The interview process for this role had way too many steps. I spoke with the recruiter, the hiring manager, a supervisor manager, a team member, and even managers from other departments. The whole thing dragged on for about 3 months, which felt slow. In the end, the salary they offered didn't even come close to what I was expecting initially.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What would you do in this scenario?
Staff Accountant
The interview was fine and basic. They checked my background and accounting knowledge. They explained the nature of the job and what it takes to be successful. They also asked if I plan to stay long in the company.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Assistant Accountant
The interview process was really smooth and went by quickly. There were two interview stages that were set up very fast. At the end of the first stage, there was a quiz that I wasn't told about beforehand, which was a little surprising, but it was pretty easy and just tested basic skills.
- Can you tell me about your past experience and what you're looking for in this position?
- Quiz on basic skills.
