Compliance Manager
The interview process involved a series of one-on-one meetings. The first round was with the HR manager to review your CV and confirm your experiences and skills align with the job requirements. The second round was with your potential reporting line manager to assess your skills and personality. The final round was a high-level conversation with the AP head.

- What skills do you possess that would benefit FME?
Regulatory Affairs Specialist
The interview went well. The tricky part was visa sponsorship as I needed H1B visa for working. The HR spoke to the immigration attorney spoke to me about my case and the HR never responded back with a rejection email.
- What value do you offer?
Regulatory Affairs Specialist
I spoke with HR and we set a date for the first interview. It was with 5 people, 30 minutes each. Two weeks later, I got an invite for the second interview, which was with 4 people, 30 minutes each. A few days after that, they did a reference check. About a week and a half later, I got the offer. I tried to negotiate, but they didn't budge. It was a good experience overall, though they could have been a little quicker.
- Can you describe yourself in one word?
