I had an initial HR chat that was about 20 mins. Then, I had a second interview with two Senior Legal Counsels, which was planned for later but got moved up two days. They confirmed my availability and sent the invite before I could reply, which was a bit strange but I went with it. This interview was over an hour long. At the end, they said I'd get feedback by mid-next week, but I never heard back. I had to follow up twice and then was told I didn't get it because they needed someone more independent. This seems to stem from my answer about handling prioritized requests from different departments; I guess they prefer people who work alone rather than in a team.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and had an initial chat with HR, but then everything went silent for about 6 months. HR eventually got back in touch and was upfront, saying they had been in later stages with other people before but none of them were hired. The first part involved an online meeting with the deputy head of the department, followed by an assignment that I had 48 hours to complete. After that, I had an in-person meeting with the team lead and the deputy department head where I presented my assignment. They told me the usual 'interviews are still ongoing' line. I followed up with HR, but again, they went quiet and ghosted me. Everyone was nice, but the ghosting by HR isn't great, especially after candidates put in effort and time.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process took about two months. It kicked off with a basic HR screening call. Then, I had interviews with the Marketing Director and the previous Media Manager. These interviews were mostly about checking my media experience and skills, and there was also a media planning case study involved. They told me I was shortlisted with another candidate and that a final decision would come in 1-2 weeks. But even after following up a bunch, I never heard back. No feedback at all, good or bad. It was a really unprofessional and disrespectful experience. People put a lot of time and effort into preparing for interviews and case studies, and it's the least a company can do to let you know the outcome. Super disappointing.
