It was a multi-stage interview process that ended with a week-long project and a meeting with the head of design. I was completely ghosted at the end. It was pretty bad, especially considering how much time I invested. A simple email would have been enough. They never got back to me when I followed up.

The first step was a phone interview with some basic questions. Then, I had a face-to-face interview at their UK office where I met five people: a recruiter, a design manager, and three designers. The questions weren't hard. Unfortunately, the company never got back to me after the interview, even after I sent three follow-up emails. I feel like I wasted my time, and I didn't even get feedback. It was a negative experience because Dyson didn't even send a rejection email.
