Customer Service Representative
The interview process lasted for about a month. Initially, I had a meeting with the acquisition team. Then, I had interviews with three different people: a manager, a senior channel manager, and the head of supply chain, on three separate dates. It was my first time interviewing with four people on four different days, and in the end, I didn't get the job offer.
- Can you describe some challenges you've encountered?
Customer Experience Specialist
First, I chatted with a recruiter. They set up an interview, but you gotta pass a basic customer service test first. The interview was super informative, giving me the lowdown on the day-to-day stuff and the company's history. It was structured as interviews with two different supervisors, one after the other. The second supervisor was the one who let me know if I got the job. They each hit me with different questions.
- Tell me about a time you had to handle an angry customer.
