Applied in Nov 2021, and it took until May 2022 to get an interview invitation. The interview itself seemed to go well, and I was told I'd hear back within a week. It's been almost two months with no word, and the interviewer isn't responding to emails. It felt like a complete waste of time. Plus, if you do manage to get through, there are apparently 3 more stages, which could take ages.

First interview was on Hirevue, then after a couple of months, I had a second interview with engineers where they asked tough technical questions. The final interview was a brief chat to assess my communication skills. The whole experience was quite interesting. Even though the hiring process took a while, the recruiters were very helpful and nice.
