Senior Software Developer
The interview process started with total of two rounds including technical round and client technical round. After clearing the technical round, the HR went on vacation for a week and suddenly after 8 days I got to know I cleared my technical round and I have client technical round. After clearing that round I was told like I'm 90 percent selected and I just need to give an hackerrank test as formality. I gave that too and once I cleared that the project manager started discussing ctc over call as I had another offer then I got to know I have techno managerial round since I wanted to join the project I gave that too and cleared that as well. After that I had detailed discussion with project manager what benefits and perks I'll get on joining coforge and I was told that I'll get the offer letter in 2-3 days. After 2 days I got a call from project manager and was told that I just need to attend a call for interaction with the team lead of client team and normal discussion will happen after joining the discussion I got to know it was also a kinda interview and after that discussion I never got a call from coforge, not even a intimation whether I got selected or rejected or what happened after that discussion.
- The client team asked me technical questions about my past experience.
- The client team asked me technical questions about my current role.
- The client team asked me technical questions about my future responsibilities in this role.
Quality Analyst
After I was selected, the documentation process took a whole week. I was told the offer letter would be sent soon. But after another week of waiting, I found out the hiring was put on hold. Then, HR told me they weren't hiring anymore and wouldn't be sending an offer letter. There wasn't clear communication throughout, and even HR seemed unsure about what was next. It's frustrating to spend time and effort on a process that ends so suddenly without transparency. Better planning and honest communication would prevent candidates from unnecessary waiting and uncertainty. This made the recruitment process seem unprofessional. I know internal situations can change, but waiting so long without clear communication made it hard to plan my next steps. I've been waiting weeks just for the offer letter, and there's been no definite timeline or transparency. I need an honest update on whether this job will move forward or if I should look elsewhere. Clear communication would really help candidates like me avoid uncertainty.
- Can you share details about your previous experience?
Graduate Engineer
The Coforge interview process usually kicks off with an online application or campus recruitment. For freshers, there's often an aptitude and basic technical online test. Candidates who pass this then have one or two technical interviews where they focus on core concepts and projects. After that, there might be a managerial or client discussion to see if you're a good fit for the role. The last step is an HR interview where they talk about communication, salary, and joining details.
- Could you elaborate on one of your projects, detailing the problem, your approach, and the technologies involved?
- Regarding your project solution, what was your rationale for choosing it?
- In what ways could the solution for your project be improved?
Resource Deployment Executive
The interview process was straightforward, although there was a significant wait of 1 hour before it began. Navigating to the correct location was a bit challenging due to multiple sites in Hyderabad. It would be advisable to arrive about 30 minutes early to account for any potential issues.
- Could you start by introducing yourself?
- Tell me about some of the projects you've completed.
- What is your educational background?
