First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Coforge.
Technical Analyst
So I had this interview, scheduled for a Sunday, which was honestly the worst I've ever experienced. The interviewer logged in 10 minutes late and asked me to wait while they reviewed my resume, all this with a lot of background noise. They didn't seem very engaged. It started with me introducing myself. Whenever I mentioned I didn't know much about a particular skill, they'd probe deeper into that specific area. This pattern continued throughout the interview. The questions weren't clear, and I wasn't sure what exactly they were looking for. The explanations for the questions were also not proper. I seriously felt like quitting halfway through; the whole thing was just irritating.
- Can you give us an overview of your skillset?
- Tell us more about the skills you mentioned you don't have much knowledge on.
- Could you clarify what you mean by unclear questions?
Technical Analyst

- Can you implement the singleton class and explain its purpose?
- Write a Java stream to print non-repeated characters in a given string.
Analyst
I was going for a software engineer role at CoForge for summer 2024 and got an offer. I wanted to share my experience since it might help others. The first step was a technical test with two DSA questions of easy to medium difficulty. I solved both. Then there was an HR interview where we talked about my values and if they fit with CoForge, my ideal job, and if this role matched that. I also said I could work weekends if needed, and they liked that.
- What is your vision of an ideal job?
- How does this role align with your ideal job vision?
- Would you be willing to work on weekends if required?
