First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Coforge.
Senior Data Engineer
The interview was terrible. The interviewer was late and asked irrelevant questions. They were unprofessional and shouted at me. The interview was supposed to be an hour, but the interviewer was late, took a break, and then asked if I had questions. This company doesn't value employees or their time. Only consider this company if you're desperate.
- Can you tell me about the input file for your Python code and how you write it?
Data Engineer
The interview process had 4 rounds total. It included 1 tech assessment and then 3 more interviews. The first round was a technical assessment. The second round was a technical interview that lasted about 45 minutes. The third round was a managerial interview. The fourth and final round was an HR round.
- How would you implement a graph using a list format and then perform a Depth First Search traversal on it?
Big Data Developer
I interviewed for a big data developer position. The process involved an initial screening, followed by a technical interview, then a client technical interview, and finally another in-depth technical interview with the client. While I felt good about how I did, I haven't heard back. It's strange to have three technical rounds, not typical. The process is really slow, taking 5-7 days for a response after each stage, and sometimes interviewers aren't available. It felt like a very unprofessional way to handle things.
- Tell me about deep technical coding questions regarding Python lists.
- Can you explain the SQL RANK function?
- Let's discuss SQL JOINs.
