Behavioral Technical

The hiring process dragged on for a while, and I didn't hear back much from them in between stages. After the final round, I never got any update. They also didn't really explain what the role entailed. It felt like a mid-level interview, focusing more on how I'd handle situations rather than my technical abilities.

It all kicked off with an IQ test, which seems to be standard for all positions. Then came a round with managerial multiple-choice questions. After that, HR wanted to chat to get a better handle on the candidate's certifications. Next up were technical interviews, focusing on developer/lead level tech questions. The final stage involved a conversation with a senior project manager where they threw some scenario-based questions about PM processes my way.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Technical rounds for the developer/lead level questions of the technology.
  • Scenario based questions based on PM processes.
