Quality Analyst
After I was selected, the documentation process took a whole week. I was told the offer letter would be sent soon. But after another week of waiting, I found out the hiring was put on hold. Then, HR told me they weren't hiring anymore and wouldn't be sending an offer letter. There wasn't clear communication throughout, and even HR seemed unsure about what was next. It's frustrating to spend time and effort on a process that ends so suddenly without transparency. Better planning and honest communication would prevent candidates from unnecessary waiting and uncertainty. This made the recruitment process seem unprofessional. I know internal situations can change, but waiting so long without clear communication made it hard to plan my next steps. I've been waiting weeks just for the offer letter, and there's been no definite timeline or transparency. I need an honest update on whether this job will move forward or if I should look elsewhere. Clear communication would really help candidates like me avoid uncertainty.

Senior QA Engineer
So I interviewed with Coforge for this Senior QA gig, and honestly, it was a mess. Coordination was terrible, and there was just no clarity on what was going on. I got through two technical coding rounds, and they hinted the last one would be more of a chat, you know, behavioral or maybe offer stuff. But surprise! It was *another* coding round, the third one, and they didn't even tell me to prep for it. And the craziest part? I got an auto-rejection email like, minutes after finishing. I even talked to the HR person, and she had no clue about the interview format or the rejection, said she'd check with the panel. Makes you wonder how well Coforge's HR and tech teams even talk to each other. For a senior role, this disorganization is just not it. They really need to get HR and the interviewers on the same page, respect people's time after they've passed multiple rounds, and stop sending out random auto-rejections. Just super disappointing.
- Regarding Cucumber example tables with 10 rows, how could Jenkins be set up so that odd-numbered rows run in the morning and even-numbered ones in the evening? I'm really wondering about the value of this question, especially for experienced Cucumber users. It feels more like an ego trip than knowledge sharing. What are your thoughts on this type of question – useful or a waste of time?
QA Lead
The interview process was pretty straightforward. Lots of technical questions were asked, as expected, covering JAVA coding and Framework development. This was followed by a managerial round, and if you cleared that, the final round would be the HR round.
