After networking and getting a referral, I formally applied and then had a phone screen with HR. Following that, there were two video interviews. The first involved behavioral questions and a mini problem-solving case. The second interview also included behavioral questions, but focused on presenting a business case which was a take-home assignment. The interviewers were pleasant and helpful. I'm uncertain about how close I was to the final round.

The interview has these really structured questions. They aren't super technical or looking for you to know specific things. It's more about seeing how you tackle problems, how you think things through, and how you can use your analytical skills on stuff you haven't seen before. They care less about what you remember and more about if you can think clearly, solve problems logically, and break down big, complicated things into smaller, doable pieces.

The interview for the receptionist position was pretty bad. It went on for more than three hours, which is way too long for this kind of job. A lot of the time was spent asking stuff that didn't really seem to matter for being a receptionist. I also had to do a role-play thing, which felt like a lot and didn't really show what I can do. Near the end, they even said I gave wrong directions, which felt like a gotcha question instead of checking if I could actually do the job. It was just annoying, not professional, and not well organized.

The interview had 3 rounds of case studies. These cases were quite different from one another and mainly assessed my thinking process. They weren't heavily mathematical or brain-teaser style, and I don't think there's a rigid way to prepare. It felt more like a discussion about how I approach problems rather than a fixed set of questions.
