Behavioral Case Presentation

The initial interview was a phone call where they assessed cultural fit, asking about my undergraduate education and work history. Following that, I had an onsite 'blitz' interview at their office. This consisted of three 45-minute sessions: one focused on my background, probing deeply into my past choices; another explored the company's culture and philosophy; and the final session involved a case study simulating typical recruiting coordinator scenarios. All parts of the onsite interview took place in a single room, with interviewers coming to me. My recruiter was informed later that day about the job offer.

I first had a chat with my recruiter. After that, I went through a long phone interview with some surprisingly tough questions. If my answers weren't unique enough, they'd offer constructive criticism. I think they wanted to see how I'd do under pressure and if I could quickly adapt my interview answers.

This interview process was really different than I thought it would be. I heard it was super tough and they'd be really critical, but it was actually pretty laid back and conversational. My experience might have been a bit unusual though. I didn't have a lot of interviews, and I skipped the initial phone screen and the group debate. They just brought me straight in. I had two interviews at their office, and one of them involved sitting in on a team meeting, which was pretty neat. They do make you complete a bunch of personality tests beforehand, and they really seem to put a lot of weight on those results throughout the hiring.
