The first round was mainly behavioral questions. I didn't make it to the second round. They asked questions about leadership, teamwork, and whether I'd fit their unique culture.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite philosophical, which I found to be a pleasant change from technical grilling. The interviewers were very direct and approachable, making for an enjoyable experience. However, the company seems to be struggling a bit without its founder's guidance. While it was nice to avoid heavy tech-focused questions, some of the topics discussed were less engaging or easy to navigate than others.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me about a topic that intellectually fascinates you?

I got this job through my college portal. They had me watch some videos on their unique culture and read Ray Dalio's book about his principles. The videos were really interesting and gave a genuine look into their firm's culture, unlike other companies where their culture videos seem too polished.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • We each prepared a topic to discuss, and the interviewers selected which one to focus on. During the discussion, they altered elements of the topic to encourage us to develop our thoughts more clearly.
