The interview process was quite philosophical, which I found to be a pleasant change from technical grilling. The interviewers were very direct and approachable, making for an enjoyable experience. However, the company seems to be struggling a bit without its founder's guidance. While it was nice to avoid heavy tech-focused questions, some of the topics discussed were less engaging or easy to navigate than others.

I got this job through my college portal. They had me watch some videos on their unique culture and read Ray Dalio's book about his principles. The videos were really interesting and gave a genuine look into their firm's culture, unlike other companies where their culture videos seem too polished.
