I had two interviews. The first was with HR, and the second was with the person whose job I might be taking over, which I found a little strange. During that second interview, they asked me about current events in geopolitics.

The interview process was very in-depth and intense. The technical part wasn't too hard and was kinda abstract, but the behavioral interview and exercise were super direct. They really dug into the most granular aspects of what makes you tick and your philosophical approach to work and life.

I went through three rounds of interviews. Communication wasn't great; the person for my second interview totally forgot and then unapologetically asked to reschedule for the next day. The hiring manager asked for my availability for a third round, then ghosted me for three weeks before saying the interview was off because of 'scheduling conflicts.' It really gave me a bad impression of the company.
