We kicked off with a group interview on-site, where four of us candidates tackled a conceptual question with two interviewers. After that, I had another on-site interview with two staff members, followed by a third online round that was pretty much the same. The last step was a Zoom chat with a senior associate.

The whole interview thing was a mess from start to finish, super disorganized and annoying. It was hard to get any info, I always had to chase people for updates. The interviewers seemed spaced out and like they didn't prepare, and sometimes it felt like they never even looked at my resume. The questions they asked were either really unclear or totally unrelated to the job. There was no real plan for the rounds, and they never explained what they were looking for. One time they said I was moving on, and then I just got ghosted. Honestly, it felt like a total waste of my time. It made me think the company's coordination is bad and they don't respect candidates.

So, first I had to do this online personality test, which felt kinda weird for them to use that to decide if they wanted to hire me later. Then, I went in for an on-site interview. The on-site was split into two parts: a group debate and then a really awkward two-on-one chat in a hotel. The interviewers seemed to be using the two-on-one as a way to freak me out more than anything. They barely reacted to what I said and just rapidly went through their questions. The group debate part was actually pretty cool, though. If they pick your question, be ready to kick it off.
