Three rounds of interviews happened with two interviewers each. The first two were remote. They asked direct questions and did a good job explaining the department's needs and the job responsibilities. Some questions felt a bit silly or repetitive. I liked the interviewers; they seemed genuinely interested in seeing if the job was a good fit for me. During the third interview, they essentially offered me the job and discussed benefits and a general salary range. My only criticism is that the process felt a bit long, but maybe key people were unavailable.

So, the interview process started with a phone call with HR, which was pretty good and straightforward. I felt really good about the company and the role after that. Then, the second round was with a Junior rotational associate, and it was online. It was a bit weird because they were late, and honestly, they didn't seem that interested. There were two of them, and they cut the 45-minute interview short, finishing in under 20 minutes. They only asked three questions, and I did my best to answer them with enthusiasm. I was pretty bummed about how fast it ended and felt like they weren't really invested. The last round was with the manager.
