the interview process wasn't bad, don't stress it. If you move forward, the next step is typically a technical or skills-based interview, where you might be asked to solve problems, discuss past experiences, or complete an assignment. Then comes a behavioral or panel interview with the hiring manager and potential team members, focusing on how you’ve handled various situations and whether you’d mesh well with the team. I was interviewed two months ago and they never gave me a sure answer. They told me very positive feedback one month ago and said they would give me an answer one week after that, but actually delayed 3 weeks. Until today they just said they had the position filled. So they just put you as a backup, totally waste my time.
