So I had 4 interviews in total. First was a phone screen with an associate recruiter. Then a zoom screening with an internal recruiter. After that, a zoom interview with the hiring manager. Lastly, a live panel interview with 2 managers.

I went through a 3 month interview process for a sales rep role at Biogen. It involved a background check and drug screen done by an outside company. I followed up a few times about when I'd hear back, but eventually just got an email saying the position was filled. I know the background check was fine since I got the results myself. It was pretty disappointing how they handled the follow-up and letting me know.

Had two rounds of HR interviews, then a direct reporting line and peer interview. A helpful hint: be specific about where you are in the process and what the next steps are, including who will follow up and when. I never got any feedback, played phone tag with the HR Recruiter for a couple of weeks after three rounds of interviews, only to see the job reposted on GlassDoor. Also, I was contacted by several HR Recruiters for the same role, so ask ask ask who is doing what as it seems they are not communicating with each other.
