I had a bunch of interviews in one day with different team members. They asked me some technical questions about the job. HR didn't follow up and gave me the wrong contact info to check on next steps.

I applied for a contract Project Manager role via an agency. They got back to me quickly, and I had an interview two days later. It seemed like my experience didn't really match what they were looking for. I thought I'd be talking to one person, but it ended up being two. The interview felt like an interrogation, and by the end, I wasn't interested in the company or the people at all. A lot of what they said was important didn't turn out to be.

Had a 30 min phone interview, then a 2 hour onsite. The phone part was pretty easy, just chatting about my background and the job. The onsite had 4 people, a manager, 2 associate directors, and a director. They all asked different things, mostly based on my answers. About half the time was spent on scenarios, kind of a back-and-forth chat. The interviews themselves were fine, but this company is super slow; it took 2 weeks to get the phone screen, another 2 weeks for the onsite, and then 3 weeks for them to decide.
