The first interview was with HR. They asked standard questions from my resume and STAR method questions. Since it was an internship, I used academic experiences. They also tested my English by asking how I learned it. The second interview was with the hiring manager and an analyst from the team. They asked more STAR questions and about my background and interest in the field.

The recruiter call was relaxed and well-managed, though a bit disappointing. They asked for my salary expectations early on, but by the end of the interview, it turned out the maximum salary for the position was lower than what I expected.

So I had this hirevue assessment thing. It had 3 questions where I had to do a video recording. I got 2 tries for each and had a set time to prep and then record for 2.5 mins. The 4th question was written, no time limit. They asked about me, my software experience, and why Baxter for the videos. For the written part, it was basic stuff like right to work, salary expectations, and notice period.

The process was quick, HR contacted me soon and sent me the job offer. The salary wasn't very high, and the benefits they promised weren't all fulfilled when I started. They blame everything on the separation from the other company.
