I went through all 3 rounds of interviews. The first was a HireVue video interview, which was like an HR screening but I had to answer prompts recorded on my screen. I then progressed to the final stage. The second and third interviews were with the hiring manager and a PMO team member. Both were conversational and back-and-forth. The questions were similar throughout all 3 interviews for me, with some overlap, but I was given plenty of time to ask them questions, which I appreciated. I felt everything went well, as my skills, qualifications, and experience seemed to align. The team appeared nice. However, they decided to hire someone else. The rejection response was professional but generic, stating it was a tough decision due to a competitive candidate pool. I asked for feedback, but received no reply.

The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. I was asked general interview questions based on workplace scenarios. I was verbally told I was successful. However, I was then informed that a restructure was taking place. Although the role had been approved, I was told I'd likely have to wait a month for a formal offer. I followed up multiple times and was assured I'd hear back soon about the offer. In the last phone call, they explained they were undergoing changes but still intended to make an offer, advising me not to turn down other opportunities. After several email follow-ups, communication ceased. I would have appreciated a response, even if it was to say the offer was withdrawn or the role had changed internally.

The interview process was quite long, including a phone interview with HR and the hiring manager, followed by a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, N+2, some stakeholders, and team members. There was also a 15-minute presentation involved. Despite the length, it gave a good understanding of the working environment.
