Received an email with a link for a virtual initial interview. Shortly after, a friendly Baxter recruiter called to explain the process. It consisted of 5 short questions answered via computer. The next step was an online interview with the recruiter and the future team lead. They were friendly and curious, making the interview engaging. They allowed plenty of time for questions, fostering a dialogue rather than a monologue. We received enough information about the role and company to get a good sense of it.

I applied online and also had a recommendation from a person that worked there. I then received an email that wanted me to answer some questions like "Do I have experience in a call center?". I then received a phone call from an interviewer a couple of days later. We spoke for a half hour and she said she would get back to me. I waited for almost a month and received a call for a face-to-face interview. That consisted of two interviews with the call center managers. There were three people in one and two in the other. I waited another month and received an email stating there were going to go with another candidate. Then about a few weeks later I received a call from a temp agency to work in Baxter's call center. I declined that offer.

I emailed my CV for a job ad and got a call from HR a few days later for an interview. The interview was pretty chill and not stressful at all. The team manager and HR person told me a lot about the job and what I'd need to do each day. The HR part was about 25-30 minutes. I waited in the office for a bit, and I could overhear what sounded like a senior manager really hyping someone up for doing amazing work. It's great to see and hear managers appreciating staff like that, and it was a really good sign before my interview. It made me feel like the company truly values its employees for their hard work.
