First I talked to the recruiter. Then I had three phone interviews: one with my Director, and then two with team members. The last part was an on-site interview where I met with my Director, and then five other Directors back-to-back. The whole reach interview lasted about 30 minutes.

The recruiter call was relaxed and well-managed, though a bit disappointing. They asked for my salary expectations early on, but by the end of the interview, it turned out the maximum salary for the position was lower than what I expected.

I had two phone interviews first, then I went on-site for a series of 1:1 meetings. After that, there was another phone interview. I had to wait two weeks after the last phone interview to follow up on the status of the position. HR was unresponsive to calls and emails and was rude and unprofessional throughout the process. The team members I interviewed with were professional and knowledgeable, and I would have liked to work with them, but the HR experience was not good.
