Production
The hiring managers were very professional and friendly. They showed us the site and clearly explained what they’re doing. They also discussed benefits and salary during the interview, and the questions asked were reasonable.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in this position?
Manufacturing Supervisor
The whole process took about 2 months from applying to the final interview, which was a good experience overall. Just be ready for many situational questions. I didn't get the job, but the initial phone screen, the zoom interview, and the panel interview all went well and made me feel more ready for future interviews. Thanks for the chance, Baxter.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with underperforming employees.
- Describe how you would manage challenges or difficulties within a team.
- What is your approach to resolving disagreements that arise among team members?
Production Supervisor
2 initial phone screens then a half day of interviews with 5 people in the same room asking scripted questions. I have conducted 100-200 interviews in my career and the HR person here hasn't got a clue wht she's doing. As a result, they've hired a lot of bad candidates.
- Why are you interested in Baxter?
- What abilities do you possess that make you a suitable candidate for this role?
- Describe a time you had a conflict with a coworker and how you resolved it.
