The interview process was quick and to the point, spanning a full day with multiple interviews and meetings with various team members. I met with the manager twice. It was a long day but felt comfortable and not too stressful. There was also a brief panel interview that went well. Some questions were challenging but overall, they seemed fair.

I applied through a staffing company. Two or three weeks later, I had my first interview with the staffing company: psychometric tests and an interview. Second interview two weeks later, a first purely technical interview with the direct supervisor for 1 hour and immediately after with an employee from the HR department for about 40 minutes. There were also psychometric tests, and the process ended with an offer.

Behavioral Technical

I went to a diversity drive event in Koramangala, which seemed more like a formality. The interviewers didn't seem to know who they were interviewing for which role. They seemed completely disinterested during the interview. The questions were pretty basic and their attitude showed they weren't really engaged. It was quite a letdown.

  • Can you tell me about the role you played previously?
  • Could you elaborate on the team structure at your prior organization and your reporting lines?
  • What would you consider the most challenging task you've encountered so far?
