The interview process started with a brief and informal phone interview. This was followed by a half-day session that included both panel and one-on-one interviews. The HR team managed the schedule well, and everyone was punctual and professional. However, some interviewers seemed to struggle to fill the allotted time with questions. The office environment was pleasant, bright, and well-organized. People observed in the office appeared content and not overloaded. It seemed like interviewers weren't fully prepped, as the questions lacked a coherent flow, and some relied on generic questions.

I applied through my university's career system and had a 30-minute call with the recruiter. She immediately wanted to bring me for an on-site interview, which was actually for a Manufacturing Supervisor role. They really push these supervisor roles, often off-shift, and you won't use what you learned in college. I spoke with about six people for 30 minutes each and got a facility tour. No tough technical questions, mostly behavioral and resume-based. Emphasize lean manufacturing/6 Sigma if you have it. I told the recruiter I was more interested in Quality Engineer, so they set up a last-minute talk with that hiring manager, which was more technical and resume-focused. The process after the interview was incredibly slow, taking a month and a half with many calls to get an offer. Apparently, there's a lot of bureaucracy to get through, which is typical for employment there.

I applied online to sort of a broad "Sr. Engineers" posting and was contacted within a day or two from someone from HR to discuss which positions I would be best for. I then formally applied for two positions in particular and was contacted for a phone interview for one. The phone interview was pretty easy (it was with HR). Then she talked to the hiring manager and they decided to bring me in for a panel interview with 4 people all at one. The interview was scheduled for an hour, and went just a tad over. Everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to. When my job offer came in, it was the top value of the range I had selected, which was actually what I thought was just about right and I am very happy with. Also, I didn't get the offer until ~2.5 weeks after the interview. HR lady was super nice and helpful.
