The process begins with a video interview, followed by some logical games. It then moves to an HR interview and concludes with the managers. It was very structured and really interesting! I really enjoyed the games used to test logical reasoning!
It was a professional, engaging, and insightful interview. They asked questions about technical depth, how I approach problems, and my communication skills. The chat was structured but felt like a conversation, which was a good chance to think about my experience and what I want to do.
So, first I had like a standard interview with HR. Then the final round was pretty intense: first a 30min fit interview, and then a 15min test in Excel. This was with an analyst and the manager.
