The whole interview process took me 6 weeks, and then it took another 3 weeks to get the job offer, which was surprisingly low. I would not recommend this company because it and its industry are on the decline.
Going for a 3-phrase interview, starting with HR, then the head of the department, and finally the head of directors. It will take your time and energy to have a face-to-face interview. They take a long time to give feedback.
The hiring process with this huge company had really poor communication. The first contact was okay, and we did the first video interview. After finishing the interview, I didn't get any feedback and wasn't told when to expect an answer. About 3 weeks later, they gave me feedback, and I scheduled the second video interview with the local manager. On the same morning of the interview, just 3 hours before, they emailed asking if I could do it a little earlier. Since I couldn't respond in time, they decided not to consider my application anymore. That was it. It was the worst hiring process ever.
