Candidate-reported interview process

It's a professional environment, where you can learn a lot, especially soft skills like how to deal with problems, because what you face every day are problems from manufacturing, sales, and customer service.

I applied online and wrote a cover letter directly on the career website. Then, I was invited to play some online assessment games, which were really hard, probably the hardest I have done so far. After that, I was invited to a Skype 1-1 interview with the head of HR. The call lasted about 1 hour, in a friendly environment, and the HR was really helpful and friendly. However, they are very specific on their questions and you need to prepare very well. Not so much about the company but about the skills required for the position to which you are applying.

The R&D manager was visiting campus and had some openings, so they did an impromptu interview for the Leadership Development Program. It was a pretty chill interview and mostly covered background and behavioral stuff.
