Avery Dennison Customer Support Representative interviews, decoded.

We had an online interview over teams with the Customer Service managers. It involved answering competency questions and a detailed run-through of my CV. I also had to respond to a fake customer's email in English and other languages.

I mentioned at the question bar. There will be an IQ and Excel test. When you get in, there will be a brief talk with the manager in Vietnamese, and then she suddenly jumps into the interview process in English.

This experience with Avery Dennison's HR, especially in Latin America, was really bad. They don't respect candidates' time or careers. They sent me a meeting invite without checking my availability. Even after I told them when I could do it (since I was working), they scheduled it anyway, and I still attended. The questions and challenges didn't match the job, and the interviewers seemed prejudiced and envious. To top it off, they scheduled another interview without telling me and then canceled it without telling me. It was a mess. I can't imagine working there if this is how they treat people during the hiring process.
