Candidate-reported interview process

I applied and then followed up with someone I knew there, who helped get me an interview with the hiring manager. After scheduling, I got an email with the details. I actually interviewed for two APM roles. The process included talking with HR, two hiring managers, and a group interview with potential teammates. I found the information they gave me useful, but I also prepared my own questions. Having good examples for my answers was key to getting the job offer.

The interview process was smooth and quite pleasant. I got to connect with the team and really understand the business, company, and team culture. The questions asked were pretty straightforward.

Got through the whole interview process and even submitted my references, but unfortunately didn't get the job. They told me I'd be a good fit for another role, but then I waited 4 months and they said that position wouldn't be opening after all.
