Candidate-reported interview process

You're under scrutiny from the moment you arrive, feeling like you're in a fishbowl. While they aim to make it enjoyable, it's tough not to feel the pressure with numerous hiring managers observing your every move over two days.

It was two 30 minute sessions and each session had 2 interviewers. The questions were mostly about my resume and behavioral. They really wanted to see leadership skills. They asked a lot of follow up questions and challenged my answers. I knew I wasn't getting an offer by the end based on their reactions.

Great interview process, it let you express your skills while networking with several other candidates. The company does a great job of detailing its values, and has a great set of assessors who you can meet and learn more about the company. The structure to the interview is extremely unique, and they treat you very well.
