Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was good, it moved along quickly and got straight to the point. The interviewer focused on questions related to my past work experience and didn't really ask much about my academic background. They answered all my questions calmly and gave me feedback on my performance right after.

I applied for the GOLD Leadership program and had an on-campus interview. They asked about my past project experience. Specifically, they asked about a time a group member wasn't pulling their weight and how I handled it, and also how I approach problems with an example. The first question was very open-ended, asking what makes me an ideal candidate beyond my resume. It's important to research the company beforehand to make a good impression because they won't offer information about themselves.

I had my CV reviewed, then we discussed my experience. They asked about my German skills briefly and then we talked about the position, location, and growth potential. They asked why I want to change jobs, and we discussed my education and future plans. We also covered teamwork abilities, project management, and qualifications, specifically regarding adhesive labels and the company. This all happened in one round.
