Had an HR call to discuss opportunities. Had to do SHL tests and discuss the results. The conversation was very friendly. Some questions were asked about motivation and to explain the results of the personality and motivation test.
The interview went smoothly, the interviewer was friendly and patient. The questions were challenging and depended on how well the candidate fit the role. Overall it was a good experience.
The process started with a casual chat with a campus recruiter, followed by an even more casual talk with the sales manager at my preferred location. We mostly talked about me – my life, family, hobbies – and went over my resume and previous work. They didn't share much about Atlas Copco or the program, and it was tough to get in touch with them afterwards.
