Candidate-reported interview process

Had an HR call to discuss opportunities. Had to do SHL tests and discuss the results. The conversation was very friendly. Some questions were asked about motivation and to explain the results of the personality and motivation test.

The interview process has 2 main interviews. They asked a lot of questions about motors, common failures, how to fix them, how you tell the difference between AC and DC motors, and to describe a problem you faced and how you solved it.

The interview process felt quite rigid and impersonal. One of the panel members had a poker face the whole time, making it tense. Their responses suggested they weren't very interested. This might be better for people who like a very structured, no-frills corporate setting.
