It was a three step process. You submit your resume, then you wait to hear back. After that, there are a couple of interviews, and then a final interview with the department head. The process took a while, about two months in total from the beginning to the end.

It was a negative experience and not worth my time. I felt like I never had a chance, and they didn't seem interested in meeting with me. I wouldn't recommend it.

There were some phone calls and a few video calls, followed by two in-person meetings. The hiring process felt overly difficult for this type of role, but I assume that's just their internal way of doing things. After the final meeting, weeks went by, and despite my follow-up calls where they kept delaying the decision, they ultimately decided not to hire anyone for the position.
